Early pregnancy symptoms

Not everyone gets the same symptoms of early pregnancy and some do not have symptoms at all. MAny signs and symptoms are also similar to common conditions, including PMS. However, some common signs and symptoms of pregnancy are:

• Missed periods
• Swollen and/or tender breasts
• Nausea and/or vomiting
• Feeling tired
• Bloating
• Constipation
• Frequent urination
